CORRECTION

In the November/December 2005 print issue of the Annals, a printing problem occurred in which letters were missing from the caption in Figure 2Go in the article by Weiss et al (Weiss BD, Mays MZ, Mantz W, et al. Quick assessment of literacy in primary care: the Newest Vital Sign. Ann Fam Med. 2005;3:514–522). The complete figure is reprinted below.
