The Annals of Family Medicine is looking for an associate editor with specialization in Innovations in Primary Care (IPC). As our IPC Editor, you will work with the Editor-in-Chief to evaluate original Innovations articles for scientific rigor, applicability to clinical practice, and eventual journal publication. Responsibilities:
- Biweekly or monthly editorial team calls (1 hr)
- Annual Editorial Advisory Board meeting (2 hrs)
- Approximately 2 article evaluations per month
Required Qualifications:
- Terminal medical degree or PhD in related discipline
- Thoughtful reader, scholar
- Methodological expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous editorial experience
This is a paid, contract position.
