I congratulate Dr Goncalves and colleagues for their outstanding service. As a family physician in a rural underserved community in Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil, I have been a frequent user for many years of their high quality and evidence based support. I believe this telehealth model may be seen a an excellent tool to strengthen primary care and to promote quality health care access for all.
