    Thanks for cogent response to this disheartening research report. It's frustrating that systemic racism of these proportions, causing harm to Black families, is only now being documented. States in the Southern and Midwestern U.S. are racing to dismantle the systems that teach cultural and racial sensitivity. Will we lose the ability to teach and legislate as you have described just when the bias is being documented?
