    Thank you to the authors for this valuable paper. I want to add that another adaptation is to research to occurrence that is causing the interruptions in the "regular" research being done. We partnered with our local university (Baylor) with a medical anthropologist and got local foundation funding for a project assessing attitudes regarding the SARS-CoV-2 virus/Covid disease. We also collecting data on demographics, compliance with public health recommendations, satisfaction with government responses, health history health behaviors, personality, stress and general effects of the pandemic.
    Title of main paper: Waco COVID Survey: A Community-Based SARS-Covid-2 Serological Surveillance Study in Central Texas. We have published several additional papers from this project as well.
