    Editors,

We must agree with Kurt C. Stange, the author of this interesting paper, who state that such manuscripts (i.e., articles of family physicians) be evaluated on the basis of 4 criteria: plausibility, support from the basic sciences and appropriate literature, clarity of the concepts, and reproducibility of the procedures (1). In addition, I’dd like to underscore Blankfield’s note:"it would be a welcome development if peer-reviewed family medicine journals took an interest in publishing observations and ideas that do not fit the conventional mold."(2). At this point, I am delighted with the comments on Quantum Biophysical Semeiotics, posted on Annals website (3-7), but I regret that such my discoveries as Biophysical Semeiotic Constitutions (8), CAD Inherited Real Risk (9), Oncological Terrain and Inherited Oncological Real Risk (10), among a lot of others (www.semeioticabiofisica.it), are not accepted for publication on Annals.
