Good work. Hard to read, though. Much jargon, and of course British authors may phrase things differently, since they work in a different system. Every PCP looks for work-arounds endlessly to solve problems. It is exhausting, as noted. The culture is one in which we are whining. The question to be answered is WHY we are required to use so many things do not work? Yesterday I read a badly transcribed ER note that read, "the tabetic presents in the face of pain not associated with breast." Why do we allow this? Verified e-prescriptions are claimed to have never been received, which makes more work for me to redo. E-Rx works 80 percent of the time; we must still order prescription pads and so on. May the authors keep on writing and be heard!
