    Given the variance in change in antibiotic prescriptions vs patient expectation for the same (secondary to patient info videos), has anything been done in follow-up, either practice wise, or research wise, to address the apparent gap in practice? Is there any insight/study as to why the gap, or whether with interventions/supports it could be overcome over time?
